Sturmanskie was first launched in 1949 and was exclusively made for the USSR Armed Forces and Navy fleets. Known for its precision and durability, Sturmanskie was instrumental in navigating pilots and nautical fleets. Notably, Russian cosmonaut, Yuri Gagarin - the first man in Space - wore a Sturmanskie on his historical voyage. It was only in 1983 that Sturmanskie watches were made available to the public. To this day, the brand’s designs continue to pay tribute and be inspired by exploration of new territories and going beyond the limits to achieve extraordinary feats.
