Spring Sprang Sprung (SPRG) is Singapore’s homegrown celebration of independent watchmaking — created by collectors, for collectors. Founded by Yong Keong Lim (YK) and Sugiharto Kusumadi (Sugi), SPRG brings together passionate makers, curious newcomers, and the global indie-watch community under one roof.

A Fair Rooted in Passion

Born in Singapore and powered by an appreciation for craftsmanship, SPRG champions the watchmakers and micro-brands rewriting the rules of modern horology.

What started as a modest gathering has grown into a vibrant annual fair featuring creators from around the world — each bringing stories, innovation, and craft to the heart of the city.

A Global Showcase in a Local Home

Each edition draws brands from across Europe, Asia, and beyond - from daring independents to rising micro-brands.

THE FOUNDERS

Yong Keong Lim (YK) Founder, Feynman Timekeepers | Director, BIG Time Singapore

Better known as Mr Greenhorology, YK started collecting in 2010 and founded Feynman Timekeepers in 2018 - a passion project turned legacy for his son.

Sugiharto Kusumadi (Sugi) Founder, Red Army Watches (RAW)

The heart behind RAW, Sugi has championed indie watch culture since 2004 - building a space where collectors and the curious connect over time.

Wanyu Bradley Marketing & Visual Strategy Lead

Known online as @Deletrium, Wanyu brings a fresh creative pulse to SPRG, blending her love for watch photography with sharp storytelling.

  • SPRG22

    Date: 28-30 Oct 2022

    Venue: XM Studios

    The inaugural edition of SPRG was intimate, experimental, and deeply personal - a small but spirited gathering of creators and collectors who believed in the potential of independent watchmaking in Singapore. Held with minimal fanfare and maximum passion, SPRG22 established the fair’s DNA: authenticity, accessibility, and a community-first mindset. What started as a niche meetup quickly revealed itself as the beginning of something much bigger.

    Date: 28-30 Oct 2023

    Venue: XM Studios

    Building on the momentum of its debut, SPRG23 expanded with more micro-brands, a larger crowd, and stronger industry recognition. Collectors began to view SPRG as a reliable platform for discovering new makers, prototypes, and limited pieces. The energy grew livelier, conversations grew longer, and the fair established itself as a must-attend event for enthusiasts seeking something beyond mainstream horology.

    Date: 18-20 Oct 2024

    Venue: National Library

    With more exhibitors and an increasingly international presence, SPRG24 marked a turning point. The fair introduced new programming, deeper maker interactions, and a wider range of creative releases. Word spread across the region, drawing visitors from Malaysia, Indonesia, and Hong Kong. The fair’s identity solidified - a welcoming space where watchmaking is celebrated through curiosity, craft, and community.

    A Singapore Watch Week of sorts also happened with The Hour Glass's IAMWATCH taking place the same weekend.

  • SPRG25

    Date: 8-9 November 2025

    Venue: National Design Centre

    SPRG25 became the largest and most ambitious fair to date. Featuring 59 exhibitors from over 16 countries, SPRG25 delivered two full days of discovery, learning, and hands-on appreciation through workshops including Watchmaking Appreciation by Alvin Sim and Leathercrafting by Yi Leather. With record attendance, international coverage, and an electrifying atmosphere, SPRG25 cemented SPRG as one of Asia’s most important independent watch fairs.
