Designed by Seconde/Seconde/ to celebrate 55 years of Astérix in Switzerland, the Chronofixe Cofrefor Limited Edition transforms comic-book storytelling into a clever piece of Swiss mechanical watchmaking.
Created in collaboration with Romaric André and Chronofixe, the Cofrefor turns the idea of a Swiss bank vault into wearable satire - complete with a combination-lock-inspired bezel, vault-handle-style crown, and Astérix himself attempting to crack the “safe” hidden within the dial.
Playful without becoming gimmicky, the Cofrefor balances humour, nostalgia, and proper horology in a way only Seconde/Seconde/ can.
Inspiration & Design
Inspired by the iconic Astérix in Switzerland comic released in 1970, the Cofrefor imagines Astérix in the middle of a Swiss vault heist - ear pressed to the dial while decoding the bezel like a combination lock.
The concept perfectly captures Seconde/Seconde/’s signature approach to watch design: transforming familiar watch components into visual storytelling devices while preserving the integrity of the watch itself.
The bi-directional bezel resembles the dial of a high-security safe, while the oversized crown references a traditional Swiss vault handle. The engraved caseback continues the narrative with the phrase:
“Aussi hermétique qu’un coffre helvétique”(“As sealed as a Swiss vault.”)
Every detail contributes to the joke without overwhelming the watch, resulting in a piece that feels witty rather than theatrical.
Dial & Case Details
The Cofrefor features a compact and versatile 37mm stainless steel case, giving it vintage-inspired proportions that wear comfortably across a wide range of wrist sizes.
Its brushed finishing reinforces the industrial vault aesthetic, while the restrained monochromatic colour palette keeps the playful dial artwork balanced and surprisingly wearable.
The bezel itself is one of the standout design elements - cleverly functioning visually like the rotating dial of a safe while remaining fully integrated into the overall watch design.
Paired with a brushed stainless steel bracelet, the Cofrefor feels solid, understated, and distinctly Swiss despite its comic-book origins.
Movement & Mechanics
Beneath the playful exterior sits the trusted Sellita SW200 automatic movement.
Widely respected across independent Swiss watchmaking, the SW200 is known for its reliability, serviceability, and stable long-term performance. Automatic winding means the watch is powered by the motion of the wrist, eliminating the need for batteries while delivering the tactile charm collectors appreciate in mechanical watches.
This is an important distinction - the Cofrefor is not merely a novelty collaboration, but a genuine Swiss Made mechanical watch built with proper horological foundations.
Bracelet & Wearability
At 37mm, the Cofrefor delivers an easy everyday fit with strong vintage character.
The brushed steel bracelet complements the case perfectly and keeps the watch grounded despite its highly thematic design language. Rather than demanding attention immediately, the details reveal themselves gradually - rewarding owners and fellow enthusiasts who take a closer look.
It is exactly the sort of watch that sparks conversations organically.
Final Impression
The Chronofixe Cofrefor succeeds because it understands both comic culture and watch culture equally well.
Rather than simply placing characters on a dial, Seconde/Seconde/ transforms the bezel, crown, caseback, and dial into part of a larger visual narrative. The result is clever, self-aware, and distinctly collectible.
At the same time, the watch remains mechanically credible, wearable, and thoughtfully executed - something many themed watches fail to achieve.
For collectors of independent watchmaking, fans of Astérix, or anyone who appreciates humour executed intelligently through design, the Cofrefor stands out as one of the more original limited editions in recent years.
And appropriately for a watch inspired by a Swiss vault - once these disappear, they may remain locked away for good.

Dark, minimal, and immersive - the SEVENFRIDAY T3/03 refines the T-Series design language through an all-black execution, focusing on depth, transparency, and movement.
Inspiration & Design
The T3/03 explores SEVENFRIDAY’s signature interplay of transparency and layering in a more restrained, monochromatic form.
Its design centres on the idea of “diving into the interface,” where gradients, shadows, and mechanical elements work together to create a sense of depth and immersion. The result is a watch that feels focused, modern, and quietly expressive.
Dial & Case Details
The T3/03 features a semi-transparent dial constructed using sun lens material, creating subtle gradients that shift with light and viewing angle.
Its all-black case enhances this effect, allowing the layered dial and skeleton elements to take centre stage. The use of tonal contrast rather than colour gives the watch a more controlled and cohesive aesthetic.
The same sun lens material is also used in SEVENFRIDAY’s Icon Tiny sunglasses, reinforcing the brand’s cross-disciplinary design approach.
Movement & Features
The T3/03 is powered by an automatic mechanical movement, delivering reliable performance for everyday wear.
An NFC chip embedded in the caseback enables secure authentication and registration via the SEVENFRIDAY App.
Bracelet / Strap & Wearability
As part of the T-Series, the T3/03 features a smaller, thinner, and lighter case profile compared to other SEVENFRIDAY collections.
This makes it particularly suitable for those who prefer a more compact and wearable watch, while still retaining the brand’s layered and mechanical design identity.
Collector Positioning
The T3/03 is suited for collectors who appreciate a more minimal and monochromatic interpretation of SEVENFRIDAY’s design - a piece that focuses on depth, tone, and subtle detail.

This more compact 43mm version brings the award-winning CIGA DESIGN Blue Planet concept to a wider range of wrists while preserving everything that made the original so distinctive.
The concept behind the CIGA DESIGN Blue Planet II remains the same - a rotating Earth replacing traditional hands - but the execution is more considered. Proportions are improved, and the overall watch feels more balanced on the wrist.
It is still unconventional, but easier to wear.
Inspiration & Design
The design is built around a single idea - representing Earth as a system in motion.
At the centre of the dial is a three-dimensional globe that rotates continuously, replacing the role of traditional hands. Time is read against a fixed indicator, turning the display into something spatial rather than flat.
The case and dial are designed to support this concept, with clean geometry and controlled proportions that keep the focus on the rotating Earth. Compared to earlier executions, this version focuses on proportion and wearability.
The overall result feels balanced and intentional, allowing an unconventional display to remain clear and wearable.
Dial & Case Details
The case has been proportioned around a 43mm stainless steel case, offering a more compact wearing experience without altering the visual impact of the rotating Earth display. The three-dimensional Earth remains the focal point, rotating continuously as the primary time display.
Surface detailing is controlled and legible, with clear separation between elements. Compared to earlier versions, the overall presentation feels more balanced and less visually dense.
The stainless steel case introduces a more familiar material, making the watch feel grounded and durable for daily use.
Movement & Mechanics
At the heart of the Blue Planet II is CIGA Design’s Asynchronous-Follow Movement Technology, an innovative mechanical system that reinterprets how time is displayed.
Unlike traditional watches that rely on separate gears for hour and minute hands, this mechanism pairs a stationary hour dial with a dynamic minute dial on the same plane. The hour indication moves through a 30-degree arc, while the minute indication completes a 390-degree rotation.
This refined mechanism builds on the concept introduced in the original Blue Planet, offering smoother interaction between the hour and minute displays while preserving the collection’s distinctive single-point time indication.
Bracelet/Strap & Wearability
The 43mm case offers a noticeably more versatile wearing experience. It sits lower and more compactly on the wrist while retaining the sculptural profile that defines the Blue Planet II. For collectors who admired the original but preferred a more moderate size, this version strikes an excellent balance between presence and comfort.
Final Impression
The Blue Planet II does not reinvent the concept - it refines it.
By improving proportions, materials, and overall balance, it makes the idea more accessible without losing what made it distinctive.
For those who like the Blue Planet but want something more wearable, this is the natural choice.

The CIGA DESIGN Vector Carbon Fiber represents the collection at its most technical and dynamic. Combining a titanium with forged carbon fibre inserts case with the Vector's distinctive skeletonised architecture, it delivers a modern interpretation of performance-focused watchmaking. Lightweight, visually striking and engineered around mechanical transparency, it embodies the spirit of controlled energy that defines the Vector collection.
Inspiration & Design
The Vector collection explores the relationship between motion, control and mechanical precision. In the Carbon Fiber model, that philosophy is expressed through a material long associated with high-performance engineering and motorsport.
The forged carbon fibre inserts are heat-forged and CNC-machined from short carbon fibres, creating a distinctive cloud-like pattern unique to the case of each watch. This naturally varied surface gives every piece its own character while reinforcing the collection's connection to advanced materials and technical design.
Dial & Case Details
The open-worked display reveals the movement through a skeleton architecture designed to maximise visibility and depth. Layered bridges, exposed gears and structural elements create a technical visual experience that evolves as the watch moves through different lighting conditions.
The titanium with forged carbon fibre inserts case measures 44.5mm and combines exceptional lightness with a distinctive textured appearance. Protected by a domed anti-reflective sapphire crystal, the watch delivers a modern and highly technical presence on the wrist.
Movement & Mechanics
At the heart of the Vector is CIGA DESIGN's self-developed CD-02X automatic calibre. Operating at 28,800 vibrations per hour, the movement incorporates 25 jewels and delivers approximately 38 hours of power reserve.
A key feature of the movement is its KE-efficient rotor, which reduces rotor footprint while optimising winding efficiency. The calibre is suspended within the case using a transparent synthetic support structure, creating the illusion that the movement is floating within the watch. This unique arrangement improves visibility while reinforcing the collection's emphasis on mechanical transparency.
Bracelet/Strap & Wearability
The Vector is fitted with a black woven-pattern fluororubber strap secured by a hidden clasp. Combining durability, flexibility and comfort, the strap complements the technical nature of the watch while remaining practical for everyday wear.
The combination of titanium with forged carbon fibre inserts construction and fluororubber strap creates the lightest-feeling wearing experience within the collection. Flexible, durable and comfortable, it is designed to support active daily wear while maintaining the watch's technical character.
Final Impression
The Vector Carbon Fiber is the flagship expression of the collection's design philosophy. By combining advanced materials, innovative movement architecture and contemporary industrial design, it delivers a distinctive mechanical experience unlike anything else in its category.

The CIGA DESIGN Vector Titanium takes the collection's racing-inspired philosophy and elevates it through the use of Grade 2 titanium. Lighter, more refined and exceptionally comfortable on the wrist, it preserves the mechanical transparency and technical character of the Vector while introducing a more restrained and sophisticated personality. For collectors who value both engineering and wearability, the Titanium model represents the most balanced expression of the collection.
Inspiration & Design
The Vector collection is built around a simple idea: mastery comes not from force, but from control. Drawing inspiration from motorsport instrumentation, precision engineering and the rhythm of mechanical systems, the design explores how movement itself can become a visual language.
Rather than relying on traditional dial layouts, Vector uses an open-worked architecture that allows the wearer to engage directly with the movement. Speedometer-inspired bezel markings, layered construction and exposed structural elements reinforce the collection's racing influence without becoming overly literal. The result is a watch that feels technical, modern and unmistakably CIGA DESIGN.
CIGA DESIGN describes the Titanium model as "cool, light and restrained" - a fitting summary of its character. The design retains the racing-inspired architecture, speedometer-inspired bezel details and open-worked display of the collection while allowing the natural appearance of titanium to bring a quieter confidence to the overall presentation.
Dial & Case Details
The skeletonised architecture remains the visual centrepiece of the watch, revealing the movement through an open display designed to maximise depth and visibility. Layered bridges, exposed gears and structural elements create a constantly changing visual experience.
The 44.5mm case is crafted from Grade 2 titanium, offering exceptional strength while significantly reducing weight on the wrist. Combined with the domed sapphire crystal and flowing case profile, the result is a watch that feels substantial in design but remarkably light in daily wear.

The lightweight titanium case transforms the wearing experience. Combined with the fluororubber strap and hidden clasp, the watch remains comfortable throughout the day while maintaining a strong visual identity.
Final Impression
The Vector Titanium may be the most complete version of the collection. It delivers the same innovative movement architecture and contemporary design language while offering a lighter and more refined experience on the wrist. For many collectors, it will represent the sweet spot within the Vector range.

The Angles Triscope challenges the way we perceive time. Instead of a circular dial and sweeping hands, it presents time through geometry: a jumping hour display paired with a triangular minute path, housed within a softened Reuleaux triangle case.
Mechanical, architectural, and unapologetically unconventional; this is independent watchmaking expressed through form.
Inspiration & Design
Created by Angles Watches, the Triscope reflects over two decades of industry experience distilled into something entirely original.
The case adopts a Reuleaux triangle silhouette: a softened three-sided form that maintains constant width while rejecting traditional round symmetry. The result is neither square nor circular, but something deliberate and sculptural.
At the narrow left angle sits a magnified jump-hour aperture. Opposite it, the dial opens into a triangular minute register, exposing part of the movement beneath, reinforcing the watch’s mechanical honesty.
This is geometry in motion.
Movement & Mechanics
The Triscope is powered by the Miyota 90S5 automatic movement, chosen for its slim architecture and reliability.
Unlike conventional three-hand watches:
The hour jumps instantly at the top of each hour
The balance wheel remains visible at 5 o’clock
The small seconds hand is omitted for a cleaner dial
The 90S5 beats at 28,800vph with approximately 36 hours of power reserve, delivering smooth mechanical rhythm beneath an unconventional display.
Case & Construction
Material: 316L stainless steel
Crystal: Sapphire with magnified jump-hour window
Case Shape: Reuleaux triangular form
Finishing: Brushed surfaces with polished bevel transitions
The case’s geometry is complex but controlled. Edges are softened, proportions balanced. Despite its bold architecture, it remains wearable and considered.
The exhibition caseback reveals the movement and individually numbered engraving, reinforcing its limited-production character.
How It Reads Time
The Triscope requires a brief moment of recalibration; then becomes intuitive.
Hours: Displayed in the magnified aperture at the left. The numeral jumps instantly at each hour.
Minutes: Indicated by a lever-style hand that travels along the triangular minute track.
The exposed brass ratchet mechanism drives the minute indicator, doubling as both function and visual theatre.
It is not time shown passively; it is time performed.
Available Variants

The exhibition caseback reveals the movement and individually numbered engraving, reinforcing its limited-production character.
How It Reads Time
The Triscope requires a brief moment of recalibration; then becomes intuitive.
Hours: Displayed in the magnified aperture at the left. The numeral jumps instantly at each hour.
Minutes: Indicated by a lever-style hand that travels along the triangular minute track.
The exposed brass ratchet mechanism drives the minute indicator, doubling as both function and visual theatre.
It is not time shown passively; it is time performed.
Available Variants
