Inspiration & Design
Inspired by the construction of industrial-era bank vaults, the P2B/02 reflects themes of strength, precision, and protection. Elements resembling armoured walls and mechanical “door” structures are reinterpreted into a layered dial design.
The interplay of matte, sandblasted, and polished finishes, combined with gold accents, creates a composition that feels both engineered and expressive.
Dial & Case Details
Housed in a 47 × 47.6 mm stainless steel case with gunmetal PVD finish, the P2B/02 features a black sandblasted bezel that frames its multi-layered dial.
The five-layer interface combines black and gunmetal discs with contrasting gold elements, including a distinctive gold groove line that runs across the case and animation ring. The gold hour hand is filled with Super-LumiNova® for visibility, while the gunmetal minute hand extends into the inner ring, enhancing legibility within the complex structure.
Movement & Features
The P2B/02 is powered by the Miyota 82S7 automatic movement, offering reliable performance with an approximate 40-hour power reserve.
An NFC chip embedded in the caseback enables secure authentication and registration via the SEVENFRIDAY App, integrating modern functionality into the watch’s design.
Bracelet / Strap & Wearability
The watch is paired with a black calfskin leather strap with matching stitching, providing a comfortable and secure fit that complements the case’s bold aesthetic.
Despite its strong visual presence, the ergonomic case construction ensures wearability for everyday use. With 3 ATM water resistance, it is suited for daily urban environments.
