Today, the Ocean Star Decompression Worldtimer retains this vintage charm. The original decompression plate, the applied and polished original Mido logo, the bright colors, the sapphire crystal in a "glassbox" shape that is reminiscent of the plexiglas used at that time - are all elements inspired by a legendary timepiece. The colorful face of the Ocean Star Decompression Worldtimer pays tribute to the model created by Mido in 1961 and its innovative decompression scale function.
